PowerLoad · installer trainingTrain once.
Answer fewer calls.
Product training videos show installers and customers how your product goes together and how it runs. We make them as a series, 1 short video per task.
People find the step they need, watch it and get on with the job. Hardware for engineers or software for customers, the aim is the same: clear steps, shown once.
Training we’ve made.

Show the install,
close up.
Installers learn fastest from the real product. We shoot the wiring, the settings and the checks up close, with on screen steps to follow.
Our installer training for PowerLoad is a series, 1 task per video. Nobody has to read a manual on a ladder.
- 1 task per video
- Close ups of hands and hardware
- On screen steps
- Captions for noisy sites

Every part,
every setting.
We shoot your real product beside your engineers and script it so nothing is missed. Support can send a link instead of writing instructions.
Each video covers 1 product or 1 job, so the series grows with your range.
- Scripted with your engineers
- Shot on your product
- Settings and wiring explained
- Links for support and sales

Series we built.

Show what
you can’t see.
Flushing carts, manifolds and internal parts are hard to shoot. We animate them so engineers see the connections and the flow.
When the product changes, we update the animation without a reshoot.
- Animation for hidden parts
- Step by step connections
- Clear on any screen
- Easy to update

The things people ask us first.
What are product training videos?
Short videos that teach installers, engineers or customers how to fit, set up and use your product. We make them as a series, 1 video per task, for hardware, software and services.
How long should a product training video be?
Short enough to rewatch on site. Many of ours are micro videos on a single setting or task, and a series lets people jump straight to the step they need.
Animated or shot on site?
Shot when the product and the place matter, like a door entry panel in a real building. Animated when people can’t see inside the kit, like a flushing cart or a manifold. Many series mix both. See our how to videos and 3D animation.
How much do product training videos cost?
Projects start from £750. You get a fixed quote before we start, based on how many videos are in the series, shoot days and animation.
Can you make training videos for software?
Yes. We edit screen recordings into clear tutorials with voiceover and captions. See our software tutorial videos.
How do you make sure the training is technically right?
Your engineers check the script before we shoot or animate, and review the video before it goes out, so every step is signed off before it is published.
