Scripts from real questions
We mined around 4,000 fan comments into 20 scripted answers. Rob then rewrote them in his own voice, so each one sounds like something he would actually say.

Shoot days at the grounds
Rob to camera on location at football stadiums, including Wembley, with a teleprompter and a small crew. A day gives around 15 videos, and shoots now run quarterly.

Edited, captioned, reviewed
Every video is cut and captioned by our team, then sent to Rob and Mel on a review link before it is scheduled.

3 videos a week, every platform
Posted across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X on a set schedule, with captions written for each platform.
