Why it works

Your stand has
3 seconds.

Visitors walk the aisle fast and choose who to talk to from a distance. Good exhibition stand design makes them stop: a clear header, a bold message and a screen that moves.

We design it all together, so your stand looks like one brand and your team spends the day talking to buyers, not explaining who you are.

One messageWhat a stranger should take in at 10 metres.
One lookHeader, walls, screens and print all match.

Stand artwork

Exhibition stand design
that pulls people in.

Header boards, back walls and screens, designed to read from across the hall. We build the artwork to your stand size and supply print-ready files for your printer.

We designed the artwork and screen content for PowerLoad at DCD Connect London and Data Center World at ExCeL London.

  • Header and back wall artwork
  • Designed to your stand size
  • Print-ready files for any printer
  • One look across every surface

Banners and event graphics

Banners, leaflets and
show graphics.

The show starts before the doors open. We design the pieces that bring people to your stand: social graphics, email invites, roller banners and leaflets.

Everything shares one look, and we keep the files organised so your team can reorder without starting again.

  • Roller banners and leaflets
  • Social graphics for the build up
  • Email invites and golden tickets
  • Lanyards and giveaways

Stand video

A screen that never stops.

For Avicenna we made a loop-style video for the exhibition stand. The screen kept telling the story while the team spoke to visitors.

Stand to website

Turn a visit into
a lead.

Every piece of artwork gets a job. QR codes sit where people look, and screens point to one clear next step, so a chat on the stand carries on after the show.

We can also shoot video on the day, so you leave with content for the weeks that follow.

  • QR codes on screens and banners
  • One clear call to action
  • QR scans you can count
  • Video from the show floor

Questions

Before you book.

The things people ask us first.

What is exhibition stand design?

It covers the artwork on your stand: header boards, back walls, banners, screens and printed pieces. We design them together so the whole stand looks like one brand, from a distance and up close.

Do you build the stand itself?

No. We design the graphics and screen content, then supply print-ready files for your stand builder or exhibition printer.

Can you make the video for the stand screens?

Yes. We animate loops that play on stand screens, so the message keeps moving while your team talks to visitors. We also shoot event video on the day.

How far ahead should we start?

Ideally 6 to 8 weeks before the show, so there is time for review rounds and printing. We can work to tighter dates, so call us even if the show is close.

How much do exhibition stand graphics cost?

It depends on the stand size and how many pieces you need. You get a fixed quote before we start. See our wider design service for more.

Do you work with companies outside Essex?

Yes. We are based in Braintree, Essex, and have designed for shows at ExCeL London. See also our trade show videos.
