PowerLoad

Liquid cooled load banks · Data centre commissioning

Serious hardware,
shown properly.

Since 2024 we have looked after the stand, the photography, the video, the animation, the social and the website for a UK maker of liquid cooled load banks for data centres.

The brief

Proven kit.
Now it looks the part.

PowerLoad builds liquid cooled load banks and GPU emulators in the UK, so data centres can test power and cooling before the servers arrive. The kit has been proven in live data halls. The job was to make the brand, the photography, the video and the stand look as serious as the hardware, in time for DCD Connect London on 16 and 17 Sep 2026.

In Russell’s words
“New Product photos on the website look great!”
What we did

One team for the stand,
the photos, the video and the web.

We started in 2024 with graphics and branding. As PowerLoad grew into commissioning for AI data centres, we added photography, video, animation, training, social content and a new website.

01

Stand designs and banners

The artwork for stand 49 at DCD Connect London, with QR codes that take visitors straight to the website, plus the web banners and the event graphics that ran around the show.

02

Product photography and cut outs

Studio photography of the units, close up detail shots of the manifolds, valves and controls, and clean cut outs for print, web and decks.

03

Branding, datasheets and print

Datasheets, business cards, event invitations and the visual language that ties them together, so every piece looks like one company.

04

Video with Luke, and a promo

Short, animated videos with Luke Farrow explaining the kit, from water quality to solid state switching, plus a promo video and a day at the factory with Brendan, Luke and Russell.

05

Animation and training

Animated explainers of the load banks, the manifold and the flushing and refill cart, and training videos that show engineers how the kit is set up and run.

06

Social, week after week

Ongoing content for the company page and for the leadership team on LinkedIn, with the video and photography feeding it.

A new site,
built for engineers.

  • A page for every productLoad banks, GPU emulators, the flushing and refill cart and the manifold trolley, each with its own page and datasheet.
  • Answers before the callExplainer pages and an FAQ that answer the questions commissioning teams ask before they pick up the phone.
  • Built to be foundSet up for search and for AI answers from the first page, with structured data on every product.
  • The dark PowerLoad lookBlack and orange, with the real product photography leading each page.

About the project

A little more detail.

What went into the work, and where to find out more.

What did The Sequence do for PowerLoad?

Stand designs and web banners, product photography and cut outs, branding, datasheets and print, a promo video, short videos with Luke, animated explainers, training videos, a factory shoot, event video, ongoing social content and a new website.

What was the DCD Connect London work?

Artwork for stand 49, with QR codes linking to the website, web banners and event graphics for the show. We also photographed the stand and the talks stage and made an event video on the floor, 16 and 17 Sep 2026.

Do you make animations and training videos?

Yes. We have built animated explainers of the load banks, the manifold and the flushing and refill cart, and training videos that walk engineers through setting up and running the kit.

Can you make technical products look this good?

Yes. Hardware is where good photography and clear video pay off most. See our video production and social media management, or book a call with Sam below.
