Why it works

Sell the next one
with the last one.

Video for events does two jobs. Before the day, a promo shows people what they’re missing and gets tickets and stands sold.

After it, a recap proves the event was worth attending, so next year’s audience, sponsors and exhibitors say yes sooner.

Festivals and races

Capture the
whole day.

Festivals, airshows and races happen once. We plan the shot list with you, then cover the crowd, the stage and the small moments.

We’ve shot the DOSE Fest festival day, the Clacton Airshow and Run Norwich, planning each shoot around the crowds and the schedule.

Conferences and talks

Turn one stage into
a year of content.

A conference holds weeks of content in a single day. We shoot the talks, the audience and the room.

Then we cut highlights you can post for months and a recap that sells next year’s tickets. Sponsors and speakers get clips they’ll share.

  • Speaker and audience coverage
  • Highlight reels for sponsors
  • Clips for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Fast turnaround after the event

Exhibitions and trade shows

Make your stand
worth stopping at.

We make the screen loop that pulls people to your stand, then shoot the show floor so the work keeps paying after the doors close.

We’ve done both for PowerLoad at DCD Connect London and Data Centre World, plus a 22 second stand cut for iWarranty at Motorcycle Live.

  • Stand screen loops that stop people
  • Show floor video on the day
  • Photography of stand and team
  • QR codes from stand to site

Questions

Before you book.

The things people ask us first.

How much does event video cost?

Projects start from £750. You get a fixed quote before we start, based on the length of the event, the crew and the edits you need.

What is the best video for an event?

A promo before the event sells tickets and stands. A recap after it proves the day and helps sell the next one. Many clients order both from one shoot, in the same brand look.

Do you shoot festivals and outdoor events?

Yes. We’ve covered the DOSE Fest festival day, the Clacton Airshow and Run Norwich. Tell us about your site, the crowd and the schedule, and we’ll plan the shoot around them so nothing important is missed.

Can you make videos for exhibition stands?

Yes. We make screen loops for your stand and shoot the show floor, so you get video for the day and for months after. See our trade show videos page for more.

How quickly can you deliver highlights?

We plan the edit before the day, so short social clips follow quickly and the full recap soon after. We agree dates when we quote. Tell us your event date and we’ll work backwards from it.

Do you cover events outside Essex?

Yes. We’re based in Braintree, Essex, and shoot across the UK. For still images of your event, see event photography.
