What is included in website hosting and maintenance?
Managed hosting, regular backups, security and software updates, and help when something breaks. Care plans also cover small edits to your pages. You get a fixed quote that spells out exactly what is covered.
How much does website hosting cost for a business?
It depends on the size of your site and how much care you want. Hosting only and full care plans are both available, and you get a fixed quote before we start.
Can you host a website you didn’t build?
Yes. We review the site first, then move it across and look after it. If it needs work, we can improve it through our web design service.
Will my website go down when you move it?
It should not. We set the site up on the new hosting and test it before we switch your domain, so visitors see no break. Your email and domain settings are checked as part of the move.
Do you make changes to my site as well?
Yes. Send us the wording, photos or video and we update the site for you. Bigger jobs, like new landing pages, are quoted separately.
Do you offer website hosting outside Essex?
Yes. We’re based in Braintree, Essex, but where you are makes no difference to hosting. Ask us about SEO too.
