The one video every business should have in 2026

If I had to pick one video every service business should have in 2026, it’d be a client testimonial. Not a flashy promo, not a montage with nice music — just a real customer on camera talking about what you actually did for them.
Why it works so well
The reason’s simple. People already expect you to say you’re good — that’s normal, and it doesn’t really do anything. Of course you’re going to say nice things about your own business. What actually lands is hearing it from someone who’s been through it: someone who had a problem, hired you, and came out the other side thinking “yeah, that was worth it”.
People believe people
That hits far harder, because it’s not you trying to prove a point. It’s someone who used the service, got the result, and is basically saying “this is what happened for me”. That’s the bit people believe — because they can picture themselves in that person’s shoes.
Keep it real, not fancy
So if you only make one video next year, make it that: a client talking about what you did for them. Nothing fancy. Just honest, real, and far more believable than anything you could say yourself.
