Where most businesses fall down
This is exactly where most businesses lose people. Their Instagram is just product shots, quotes, the odd update — nothing that actually proves they’re good at what they do. If you want someone to choose you, you can’t just say you’re good. You have to show it.
Show it, don’t say it
Because in 2026, proof beats promises. Video is the quickest way to close that trust gap — a testimonial, a behind-the-scenes clip, or a simple talking-head explaining what you do builds more trust in 20 seconds than a whole website full of text.

People buy from people they feel they know
If you look invisible or faceless online, people won’t pick you. Show up as a real person, consistently, and you become the obvious choice rather than a gamble.
