The brief

Serious software.
Hard to picture.

Risk, controls and evidence are abstract, and SureCloud sell to teams who are short of time. They needed 2 product videos that made each tier clear at a glance, one for Enterprise and one for Foundations, in a look that fitted their brand.

What we did

From script
to finished animation.

Both videos followed the same route, with SureCloud’s team in the loop at every stage.

Script and product walkthrough

SureCloud’s team wrote the script. Their product team walked us through the platform on a video call, so we knew what each screen did before we drew it.

Storyboard

We turned the script into a storyboard and condensed it so the video ran shorter and flowed better. Enterprise went to SureCloud in Apr 2025. Foundations followed in Aug 2025.

Revision rounds

SureCloud’s team reviewed each cut and sent amends, including aligning the on screen text to the voice over. Each round was turned around quickly.

Voice casting

We put forward voices and SureCloud chose. For Enterprise Simon picked Drew: “I’ve chosen DREW, I’m happy with him, I like the cut of his jib, he’s optimistic, trustworthy and not too over the top.” Foundations got a different voice, Christine.

Animated and delivered

Each video was animated in SureCloud’s blue, with their interface animated on screen, then delivered as finished files. Both are now live on SureCloud’s YouTube channel.

What did The Sequence make for SureCloud?

Yes. We animate the product screens themselves, plus illustrated characters and motion graphics for the ideas that cannot be filmed, such as risk, evidence and controls.

Yes. We shortlist voices, share them with your team and record with the one you choose. SureCloud picked a different voice for each tier.
