Views on the English guide, on the Barnet Group YouTube channel

Views from the Barnet Group YouTube channel, checked 30 Sep 2026. The 2026 videos total over 2,600 views there. Barnet Homes told us in Oct 2025 that the housing team sends the links to applicants as and when required.

The brief

Housing rules are hard.
Video makes them clearer.

The Barnet Homes housing team needed to explain housing options, how to apply and which documents to send. The people watching include homeless applicants and refugees, so the videos had to be plain, calm and available in more than one language.

In Rob’s words

“Overall the feedback on the videos have been really positive, the translations for the Pashto, Farsi, Bengali, Spanish and Arabic versions are great.”

It started with the council.
It grew into housing.

03

Housing Options Information Video

04
