Assured Heating do careful, proper work in an industry people have learned to be wary of. We built them a content engine that sounds as straight as they are — and puts it in front of homeowners across Chelmsford and Essex.
Assured Heating — a Chelmsford, Essex heating and HVAC company led by founder Lee Nichols, known for straightforward, no-pressure advice on boilers, heat pumps and underfloor heating.
Heating is a grudge purchase, and most people have a story about being talked into something they didn’t need. Assured Heating built their reputation on the opposite — straight answers, fair quotes, proper work. The problem was that none of that came across online, where they looked like every other heating firm. We set out to make their content sound exactly like they do in a customer’s kitchen: straight, calm and genuinely useful.
The challenge.
Heating and HVAC is a low-trust market. Homeowners are wary of pressure selling, inflated quotes and scare tactics — and a logo-and-stock-photo social presence does nothing to set a trustworthy firm apart from a pushy one.
Lee and the team are brilliant in person but had no system for turning that into content. They needed a steady stream of video that built trust, answered the questions customers actually ask, and reached local homeowners across the platforms they use.

Over 370,000 views across TikTok and Instagram since December — putting a straight-talking local heating firm in front of far more people than local advertising ever could.
A growing local audience — 559 new followers and nearly 4,800 profile visits, homeowners actively checking Assured out rather than just scrolling past.
Over 142,000 people reached, with a single TikTok hitting 41,000 views on its own — consistent short-form doing the job a sales pitch can’t.
