Why posting more won’t fix your lead problem
Think about your last post — who actually saw it? Probably people who already follow you. That’s the gap most businesses miss, and posting more doesn’t close it.

Think about the last time you posted something — who actually saw it? Probably people who already follow you: friends, family, or people who already know what you do. You post more and get a little traction, but you’ve not fixed the real problem, which is getting in front of the right people who don’t know you yet.
Organic builds trust; it doesn’t find new people
That’s the thing people miss. Organic content is great — it builds trust with people who already know and watch you. But it doesn’t really reach people who haven’t found you yet. If you want to reach new people consistently, you need to think about the distribution side.
Distribution is how leads come
A targeted ad with a simple message can get you in front of the right people, and it can run while you focus on what you do best. That’s the difference between posting and actually generating leads.
