If your content isn’t converting, most people assume they just need to post more. Usually that’s not it. There are a few things worth checking first — is your content good enough, and is it reaching the right people?
The templated-graphics trap
One thing I still see a lot: businesses posting templated, Canva-style graphics that probably worked five or six years ago. Now the platforms want video, your audience wants video, and if you’re not using it you’re being left behind.
Even with video, check the fundamentals
Even if you are using video, it might not be converting — and it could be a few things. Is your hook strong enough? Is your messaging landing with your audience? What works for one business won’t work for another. I’ve had clients where scripted teleprompter content did brilliantly, and others where it flopped, so we scrapped it, switched to handheld Q&A, changed the location — and their views went through the roof. It’s about finding what works for your business specifically.
